How My Therapy Sessions Work

Initial Consultation.

Before our first appt I will ask you to find the top 3 things that are causing you the most amount of anxiety or stress.

We will then chat about these, about your life, and just get to know each other.

This appt is based around the PAST, PRESENT and FUTURE. I ask you your version of what's happened by firing everything in your head at me.

This appt is about your PRESENT life. How you live. Therapy isn't 1 size fits all. So I need to be able to customise your Therapy plan to YOU!

Each week we introduce slowly new techniques, discuss how you've been getting on and adapt the plan to change your ever changing CONFIDENCE!!

YOU CAN CHOOSE WHEN YOU STOP!

It's not fixed term.

You can have a break and COME BACK!

ABOUT MY THERAPY STYLE

I don't class myself as a stereotypical therapist that you have as an image. I've been there and over come Panic Disorder.

I GET IT!!

I've qualified in CBT, NLP and Therapeutic Counselling and Advanced Psychology.

I integrate all these techniques to make it work for YOU!

I am CMA registered and Insured.

I have some very "random" techniques BUT THEY WORK!!

Therapy can be used for anything!

Stress, Chaotic Lifestyle, Anxiety, Depression, Trauma, Setting Goals, Relationships , Grief and many more!
