Meditation is a practice where an individual uses a technique such as:- --mindfulness, or focusing the mind on a particular object, thought, or activity – to train attention and awareness, and achieve a mentally clear and emotionally calm and stable state. Manifestation is the process of turning thought and dreams into its physical equivalent. It’s the process of taking an idea, a dream, a goal, or a vision and taking the necessary action steps to make it a reality. Anything you can daydream about; you can create in your life. “Imagination is everything, it is the preview of life’s coming attractions”
